Methodology

The strategic training cycle lies at the core of all of our programmes.

Following the cycle means that we can ensure that all our training and organisational development meets your needs and results can be measured.

We will carry out needs assessment work to ensure that the training will meet the needs and aspirations of your participants and your organisation. 

The needs assessment will form the basis for performance based objectives. These will enable you to measure how much skills have been improved because of the programme

Wherever possible we link into competence like 5 5 DANOS (the Drugs and Alcohol National Occupational Standards) If necessary we can help you to do this.

This ensures you get structured training that fits into your organisational development needs. We will co-operate to help you with evaluation so that you can test out the results of the programme after the event.
