Vision

Our vision is to develop creative ways that enable people to take better control of life and work situations.
To this end we will develop processes that empower people by:

  • creating safe and enjoyable learning environments
  • using the evidence base and DANOS to inform course design and delivery
  • assuring them of their innate skills and unrealised abilities
  • developing a real sense of self-awareness and self-worth
  • offering feedback and constructive criticism
