 Paul Hanton

Paul Hanton is an experienced solution focused therapist and has worked in the drug and alcohol field since 1991 as:

  • Young people’s worker and manager in Greenwich.

  • Drug worker/counsellor at the Angel Drug Project.

  • Young people’s drug & alcohol service manager, Barnsley (The BARN).

  • DAT Joint Commissioning Manager (Barnsley).

Paul currently works independently as a trainer, and as an associate consultant, as well as seeing clients at a PCT Dept. of Psychology.

Paul is a member of the United Kingdom Association for Solution Focused Practice (UKASFP), and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

Paul has written and developed the course on Commissioning and Solution Focused Therapy.
