In particular they have the opportunity to identify the fears that hold them back and limit their ability to succeed. A positive self image is crucial for developing confidence, judgement, decision making and performance. It is essential to both individual health and effectiveness at work. Assertiveness training enables people to get a clearer idea about their values, personality and how they impact on other people. This series of programmes helps people to check the effect they are having on others and develops the confidence and skills to present themselves positively for greater impact on internal and external customers.
