Self-esteem and Laughter
Lack of self-esteem is an issue facing many clients that makes realistic change harder. Often a negative frame of mind is assumed to be reality and 'preparing for the worst' is held to be common sense.
This course will look at techniques that develop self-esteem through laughter and positive self-affirmation.
This enables new perspectives to be developed that open up forms of creativity and problem-solving that may otherwise be blocked through fear of failure or other forms of self-limiting beliefs.
